A scam in 3 steps :

1. No advanced payment required when you book by internet or telephone
2. You arrive in a nice welcome place even if waiting is very long
3. After more than one hour, when your check-in is completed, they ask you the full amount of money for your whole stay before you can see the hotel (usually several thouthands of euros if you booked one or more weeks). You can disagree but you are tired and want to go to your room so you pay...

You will then discover the reality of this tourist factory hotel, degraded and dirty, you just have been scammed and you will never get you money back ! You can run away from this hotel but you will never be refounded : there is no customer service and they don't answer your registered letters ou emails... 

They catch tourists with nice websites that sell you dreams www.cittadelmare.fr, www.cittadelmare.it, that's why I have created this website www.cittadelmare.net to show everybody the differences with reality and avoid people to get scammed like have have been with my little family during summer 2018...
